Our designs and arrangements ensure that, unconventionally, visitors encounter art and design from the moment they enter the Kunsthaus at ground-floor level.

Free Shop

SUPERFLEX

SUPERFLEX started the Free Shop project in Bremen in 2003. It can in principle be carried out in any shop (from a greengrocer’s through to a pharmacy or a snack bar). When they go to the cash desk, customers are given a receipt totalling 0, i.e. they don’t have to pay for their purchases.

People visiting the Kunsthaus and local businesses have expressed the desire for an ATM for many years. But the new cashpoint is more than just a simple cash dispensing machine.
