The two-storey granary from 1713 is a log construction and a remarkable example of Carinthian carpentry. The upper storey of the ‘box’ overhangs the ground floor on all four sides by the thickness of the wall timber, making it possible to create a ‘mouse weir’ with a ‘mouse tree’ and decorative board.
