The basement floor of the Kellerstöckl is made of quarry stone. The pressing chamber above is made of over-combed log construction. There is a large, powerful cider press, from which the freshly pressed cider from apples and pears runs through a channel directly into the barrels in the basement. A ‘frame chair’ reinforces the shingle-covered steep shear rafter roof.
