The Institute for Art in Public Space Styria combines the realms of art and agriculture with this project. It includes 13 sub-project of various international artists and artist collectives and just as many farms in Styria.

Exhibition
In this exhibition in the Neue Galerie Graz, all twelve OPEN FIELDS projects are finally presented in one place.
The exhibited videos, installations, sculptures and photos illustrate the results of this dialogue played out on an equal between art and agriculture. With works by Gina van der Ploeg, Sam Collins & Shō Murayama, Eva Seiler, Katharina Klement, Markus Hiesleitner, Sujit Mallik, Paul Wiersbinski, Stéphane Verlet Bottéro & Astarti Athanasiadou, Jonathan Omer Mizrahi, Georg Nussbaumer, Rainer Nöbauer-Kammerer, Benjamin Reynolds.
