Further information
The spread of species foreign to the region (‘biological invasions’) has turned into a ‘hot topic’ in science and public debate in recent years. Palms are spreading out from gardens, neophytes are penetrating ever higher terrains, pathogens from southern countries pound on the doors of Central Europe. This exhibition discusses the reasons, consequences and problems arising from this shift.
