The project is entitled: "Introduction and demand-oriented application of the imdas pro software as a further qualification measure for the reduction of stress and long-term preservation of the working ability of employees over 50 years of age in the Austrian Open-Air Museum Stübing".
Project goal
The aim of the project is, on the one hand, to reduce stress and improve work processes through the establishment and demand-oriented use of the imdas pro software and, on the other hand, to maintain the working ability of employees 50+ in the long term if necessary and to secure jobs. Within the framework of the project, five of the employees over 50 years of age are to be further qualified, who will subsequently act as peers for other - especially older - employees and thus pass on their knowledge. This will sustainably reduce the physical strain on the target group and improve working conditions. Individual resources are strengthened through additional qualifications and the acquisition of additional skills.
As part of the project, a customised house mask will be developed in Imdas pro and then filled with data on the historical museum objects during the exercise and implementation phases. In addition, a guideline for the workflow will be created so that the findings of the project can also be used beyond the duration of the project.
Project duration: 2021-2022
