Under the title ‘The remembered time’, essential topics of scientific folklore will be presented in a clear way. The areas of building, living, working, life cycles (birthdays, weddings, deaths) and the annual cycle as well as the customs and traditions of the different months of the year are highlighted.
As a supplement, an extensive exhibition has been designed to show the historical house landscapes of the various federal states in their cultural contexts and contents.
With pictures, models, life-size figures, display cases, furniture and text panels, the areas of building, living, working, life cycles (birthdays, weddings, deaths) and the annual cycle as well as the customs and traditions of the different months of the year are highlighted.
