As in a spaceship, the rooms of the Kunsthaus Graz are not counted in ascending order, but in descending order. Starting from the Needle as the apex of the spaceship, it goes through the two exhibition spaces Space01 and Space02 as well as Space03 to the first floor, where Space04 is located.
As the largest event space in the Kunsthaus Graz with state-of-the-art technical equipment, Space04 is perfect for symposia, presentations, seminars, conferences, receptions, workshops or even theater and cinema performances. A custom-built stage reflects the ambivalent architecture of the Kunsthaus' blue "bubble" in combination with the straightness of the large glass surfaces around it. Lecterns, sofas, bar and bistro tables - all mobile, of course - make the space more versatile than ever before.
