About the
Exhibition

Every two years along with the Promotion Prize, the presentation takes place of Styrian artists who have benefited from the travel and studio scholarships granted by the Province of Styria. The predominantly young artists engage with highly topical issues around identity, with reflections on a multi-layered perception of reality, with social dynamics, and with the environment and its rapidly shifting processes. The extent to which art is clearly a seismographic and prognostic force in a society committed to values becomes clear here.
