Museological exhibition tour in cooperation with Ars Electronica Linz

On a tour through the exhibitions of the Ars Electronica Festival and exhibition projects going on in Linz at the same time, we will examine the museological aspects of presenting and communicating media art. Together with curators, artists and scholars we would like to discuss how applied science and art can be integrated conceptually into museum contexts and analyse the presentation strategies and interaction concepts that are associated with media art. We will experience first-hand how different conceptual approaches and design-related decisions influence visitors’ perception and reception.
